The vessel
Pacific Trader
was arrested pursuant to a claim by the plaintiff P & I Club for the recovery of unpaid calls. The vessel was subsequently
sold by order of the court on 16 July 1992 and the proceeds of sale held as a fund in court. A referee was subsequently appointed
to consider and report on the ranking of claims against the fund.
