AM Best removes Gerling-Konzern rating from under review

RATINGS agency AM Best has affirmed and removed from under review its A- (excellent) financial strength rating on Gerling-Konzern Allgemeine Versicherungs (GKA). Analysts had been concerned at the "significant losses" at Gerling’s reinsurance operations and placed the ratings under review with negative implications in mid-March.
