Generali acquires ZFS east Europe businesses

ASSICURAZIONI Generali, Italy’s largest insurer, has confirmed that its Generali Holding Vienna unit has reached an agreement
to acquire the activities of Zurich Financial Services in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
