Graduate institute in memory of Neil Levin

NEW YORK - New York Governor George Pataki has announced the establishment of a graduate institute dedicated to the memory of Neil Levin, former state insurance superintendent and executive director of the Port Authority who was lost in the terrorist attack on the World Trade Centre. The Neil D Levin Graduate Institute of International Relations & Commerce will operate under the auspices of the State University of New York. "The creation of this new institute is a fitting tribute to honour Neil's major achievements in the business, banking and insurance fields and is a tribute to all who perished at the World Trade Center. Neil Levin will be greatly missed, but he will not be forgotten," Governor Pataki said.
