Responsibility restructuring for AGF board

PARIS - AGF has announced the restructuring of responsibilities within its executive committee. Jean-Philippe Thierry remains as chairman, supported by two managing directors. Jean-Francois Debrois will be responsible for AGF Vie, ARCALIS, CGP, COPARC and AGF Sante health insurance, while Gerard Pfauwadel will take charge of AGF Assurances and will be chairman of the executive board of the Mondial Assistance Group. The executive committee will have four other members: Christian de Gournay, Francois Thomazeau, Laurent Mignon and Jean-Claude Chollet.
