START-up company Atevis, based in Mainhausen, Germany, has launched what it claims is the first Internet platform for credit
insurance, writes Marion Schlotmann, Cologne. It is reacting to the trend that more and more German companies go bankrupt
through no fault of their own, because customers do not pay their bills on time.
