Mareva injunction - Plaintiffs’ undertaking as to costs of third party

On Feb. 13, 1981 Mr. Justice Robert Goff granted the plaintiffs a Mareva injunction in an action for breach of contract. The plaintiffs had requested that the injunction specify money in a named bank. The injunction was granted on condition that the plaintiffs undertook to pay the bank any expenses incurred in respect of being notified of the injunction and identification of the relevant assets.
