The claimant brought proceedings in which it sought summary judgment in order to enforce the decision of an adjudicator. The defendant resisted enforcement on the basis of its submission that the adjudicator lacked jurisdiction to reach the decision which she had reached and on the ground that she had breached the principles of natural justice in reaching her decision.
