The very lengthy judgment of Dias J in World Challenge Expeditions Ltd v Zurich Insurance Co Ltd [2023] EWHC 1696 (Comm) deals with a discrete point as to the scope of cover arising under a policy taken out by an organisation in effect operating as a tour operator. Unusually, the assured was partially successful not on the wording of the policy but by reason of estoppel by convention.
