CLEARLAKE SHIPPING PTE LTD AND ANOTHER V XIANG DA MARINE PTE LTD

This was the decision of matters consequential upon a judgment dated 22 August 2019 wherein the first claimant, Clearlake, had been granted interim anti-suit injunctions to prevent the defendant Xiang Da’s letter of indemnity claim from proceeding in Singapore. The second claimant, Gunvor, had been granted an interim anti-suit injunction to prevent Xiang Da’s tortious misrepresentation claims against them from proceeding in Singapore. The claimants now sought orders for service and costs.
