Motor vehicle insurance
22.1 Introduction
Motor vehicle insurance is an insurance which covers the insured against a variety of different risks in the course of the use of cars, trucks, motorcycles, and other motor vehicles.1 In China, motor vehicle insurance is generally classified into two branches: compulsory motor vehicle third-party liability insurance and non-compulsory commercial motor vehicle insurance.
