35.1 This chapter deals with Clause 35 (Partial Validity), Clause 36 (Entire Agreement), Clause 37 (Headings), and Clause 38 (Singular/Plural). These are new clauses, not previously included in the earlier version of the BARECON form. They are addressed in turn below. For the most part they are self-explanatory, but there are issues that may arise in practice.
