The Chinese joint venture of Cathay Life... a wholly owned subsidiary of Cathay Financial Holdings, has opened a branch in China’s Jiangsu province. Cathay Life said that the branch illustrated the company’s strategy of further expanding in the Yangtze River region. Cathay Life’s partner in China is China Eastern Airlines Group. The joint venture is based in Shanghai.
