Bus driver wins damages

A bus driver has secured £10,000 compensation following injuries sustained in a road traffic accident. He was driving his double-decker bus when a driver approaching from the opposite direction lost control of his car and smashed into the bus. He suffered from pain in his neck and from numbness and tingling in his right hand. He was unable to work for three months after this accident.
