£175,000 in compensation for mesothelioma

A man who was diagnosed with mesothelioma after working for various employers at chemical plants and power stations has been awarded £175,000 in compensation. His employers admitted liability, but the main issue surrounded his health at the time of diagnosis. He was also found to be suffering from prostate cancer at the same time as he first experienced symptoms of mesothelioma.
