Court of Appeal – checking the spiraling costs of claimants’ solicitors?

An increasing amount of litigation is funded through Conditional Fee Agreements and alternative methods of funding claims,
such as ATE/BTE insurance. However, the opportunity for challenging courts on such cases does exist. Insurers, like any other
paying party, will need to consider the possible methods of challenge, which we capture in this article.
