Beachcroft to advise on Fourth Bodily Injury Awards Study

Law firm Beachcroft has been appointed to advise on the legal aspects of the Fourth Bodily Injury Awards Study, a major research project commissioned by the International Underwriting Association of London (IUA) in conjunction with the Association of British Insurers (ABI). Beachcroft was also involved in the three earlier studies in 1997, 1999 and 2003.
