Underwriter sues over trip and fall
An underwriter with Norwich Union is reported to be suing
Aviva for £5,000 in compensation after she tripped and fell over a file full of accident claims. The file was left on the floor
by a colleague, and she was left with pain in her ankle and foot which required a course of physiotherapy.
Aviva is reported to have denied liability. The case is expected to be heard next year.
