Another TUC concern over Compensation Bill

The Compensation Bill aims to regulate claims management services, and will create an offence of providing claims management services unless the person is authorised, exempted, or subject to a waiver by the regulator. The TUC said it welcomes the regulation of a claims management industry but it is concerned that there is no specific exemption for trade unions and the voluntary sector within the Bill.
