Retained Organs Group Litigation settled
The NHS Litigation Authority (NHSLA) has confirmed that the long-running Nationwide Retained Organs Group Litigation (NOGL)
has been resolved. The claimants are to share damages in excess of £3.6mn and the NHS is to pay just under £1.7mn + VAT in
respect of the claimants’ legal costs.
