£3mn compensation for cerebral palsy

A boy has been awarded £3mn in damages for brain damage caused at birth. He developed jaundice which was not treated quickly enough, and it resulted in cerebral palsy. The NHS Trust denied liability. The boy was the son of a former footballer, now a sports commentator.
