Disability discrimination win against mobility company

A man who was rejected for a sales job at a company that makes mobility aids for disabled people has won a claim of disability discrimination in the Court of Appeal. This is reported to be the first recruitment case about disability discrimination to be heard in the Court of Appeal. He was supported in his appeal by the Disability Rights Commission (DRC).
