Claims Direct to rise again

Law firm Russell Jones & Walker, which bought the rights to the Claims Direct brand, says it is overseeing the rebirth of the company. In the run up to its launch, Claims Direct has taken on 16 employees in a call centre in Birmingham. RJW said it had been working very closely with the Claims Standards Federation and consulting the recommendations made by the Better Regulation Task Force “to determine how best to deliver an ethical and efficient service.”
