Appeal Tribunal wrong to call decision perverse

The Court of Appeal ruled that the Employment Appeal Tribunal erred in law when it set aside a decision of an employment tribunal on the ground that it was perverse, refused to remit the case for a rehearing and substituted its own conclusion on unfair dismissal.
