Merrill Lynch sex discrimination case adjourned

The Merrill Lynch sex discrimination claim of £7.5mn ($13.8mn) has been adjourned until the end of August. Former banker Stephanie Villalba, who is claiming sexual discrimination, unfair dismissal and unequal pay, told a tribunal in London she suffered “intolerable discrimination”. She claimed she was bullied and belittled by her male boss.
