Guidance on Directors’ and Officers’ liability cover

A number of City institutions have issued guidance for Directors’ and Officers’ liability cover (D&O). The Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, the City of London Law Society, the Association of British Insurers (ABI) and the British Insurance Brokers Association have worked together to develop new guidance on D&O liability cover.
