Flight attendant loses smoking case

A court in the US has ruled that a number of tobacco companies were not liable in a case brought by a former flight attendant, who claimed that second-hand tobacco smoke on planes caused her to develop lung cancer and other problems. The case is one of a large number of similar cases being brought by flight attendants over second-hand smoke.
