Appeal for error of law: revisiting permission to appeal

In Allseeds Switzerland SA v Intergrain SA [2025] EWHC 2788 (Comm); [2025] 2 Lloyd's Rep 545 Butcher J reaffirmed the principle that where permission has been given for an award to be appealed for error of law, any question related to the satisfaction of criteria regarding the grant of permission to appeal should be reopened on appeal only in highly unusual circumstances.
