The subject vessel was voyage-chartered by the owners to the charterers for the carriage of a cargo to be loaded in the Amsterdam/Rotterdam/Antwerp range and to be discharged in the Spanish Atlantic and the Spanish Mediterranean. The charterparty was evidenced by a recap incorporating the Asbatankvoy form (as amended by the recap) and the charterers' rider clauses taken from a previous fixture.
