The subject vessel was chartered by the owners to the charterers for a period of about 15 to 30 days on an amended NYPE 1993 form with rider clauses and a fixture recap. Clause 24 of the fixture recap provided for arbitration in London with English law, and all disputes not exceeding US$100,000 to be determined in accordance with the LMAA Small Claims Procedure ("SCP").
