By a Continent Grain Charterparty incorporating the Synacomex 2000 form, as evidenced by a recap dated 9 April 2022, Sebat chartered the vessel Sebat to TTR for a voyage for the carriage of a cargo of Ukrainian barley in bulk from Constanta in Romania to Brake in Germany.
