Chris Windsor, the Port of Dover's long-standing marina manager has retired, following 30 years of service at the Kent port.
Chris first joined in 1995, undertaking seasonal work as a marine services operative, before progressing through several key
marina roles and taking the reins for Dover's marina operations in 2013.
