Guidance expanded for tackling bullying, harassment and violence

Additional guidance has been provided by the FCA to help firms implement new rules on non-financial misconduct that take effect from 1 September.

The added explanations and clarifications were requested by more than 95 per cent of the 79 respondents to the last consultation. The guidance - which largely relates to bullying, harassment and violence - is included in the Code of Conduct (COCON) and the Fit and Proper Test for Employees and Senior Personnel (FIT) sourcebooks.
