A necessary solution to the dangerous problem of misdeclared cargo

The misdeclaration of dangerous goods remains one of the most serious safety risks in container shipping, causing ship fires, loss of life, environmental harm and financial losses. Despite international rules, non-compliance persists, slipping through the cracks of enforcement and exposing everyone involved in the transport chain to unnecessary risk.
