Bank of America (BoA) entered into a Facility Agreement with Da Hui and An Rong - both members of the Ocean Tankers group - as joint and several borrowers, the loan being secured by mortgages on the vessels owned by the borrowers. The vessels included Sea Equatorial (owned by Da Hui) and Ocean Goby and Ocean Jack (owned by An Rong).
