Toxic mould – latest update

Toxic mould claims in the US are still increasing and spreading, but the good news is that in Texas, claims are decreasing in number and value. A recent meeting of the Casualty Actuarial Society was told that the mould problem in Texas – the state where the problems began and caused many insurers to stop writing or renewing homeowner policies – was improving and the worst was over.
