Smallpox vaccine compensation programme

The US House and Senate have voted in a bill providing compensation for injuries or fatalities linked to smallpox vaccinations. The bill was deemed necessary because of concerns by US health and emergency workers over smallpox inoculations, with many refusing to be vaccinated.
