Grand Changjiang Shipping Ltd (GCSL) was the registered owner of the vessel Grand Amanda. She was held under a bareboat charter by Grand Amazon Shipping (the owners) and was managed by Fuk Hing Steamship Co Ltd (FHS), a member of the same corporate group as the owners.
