Nurse loses dismissal claim

A nurse who was accused of helping patients to die has lost her claim for unfair dismissal. Charges against the nurse of attempted murder and incitement to murder, were dropped due to lack of evidence, but the employment tribunal said there was evidence that rules about nurses withdrawing or prescribing drugs had been broken.
