American Tort Reform Foundation lists US “Judicial Hellholes”
The American Tort Reform Foundation (ATRF) has revealed its latest list of “Judicial Hellholes” where it says lawsuit abuse
and misuse of the court system are the norm. ATRF named Georgia as the new top Judicial Hellhole, making it the highest ranking
the state has ever had.
