Extension of fixed recoverable costs delayed by six months
The UK government has delayed the extension of fixed recoverable costs (FRC) by a further six months to October 2023. The
extension, which affects most money cases worth up to £100,000, was initially meant to happen in October 2022 but earlier
this year it was delayed until April 2023.
