Regulator warns BNPL sector of criminal penalties as cost-of-living crisis deepens

The FCA has written to Buy Now Pay Later lenders
warning them of the two-year prison sentences and fines that can be handed out for breaches of its financial promotion rules. It is asking
them to review all their promotions.
