SRA in Solicitors Indemnity Fund agreement for extension
The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) has agreed to underwrite the potential liabilities of the Solicitors Indemnity Fund
(SIF) over the next 12 months up to a maximum of £6 million to ensure that a further 12-month extension to the fund to September
2023 is affordable.
