Responsible Private Funding of Litigation report from European Parliament

The European Parliament Legal Affairs (JURI) Committee has adopted a legislative own-initiative report on “Responsible Private Funding of Litigation”. The report proposes draft EU legislation to harmonise and introduce minimum rules to regulate third party litigation funding (TPLF) throughout Europe and protect the interests of all parties to litigation.
