Record 77 per cent of claims against NHS resolved without court proceedings in 2021/2022

A record 77 per cent of claims against the NHS were resolved in 2021/2022 without court proceedings, according to NHS Resolution’s annual report and accounts for 2021/2022. NHS Resolution said its innovative dispute resolution strategy has continued to drive down litigation against the NHS in England.
