Cruise ship pollution

Alaska is the first US state to legislate regulation of water and air pollution from cruise ships carrying 50 or more passengers. Other states are expected to follow suit. More than 750,000 passengers and crew are expected to traverse Alaska’s Inside Passage this summer.
