1 ADJUDICATION CLAUSE for a construction contract providing for adjudication in accordance with the Statutory Scheme
Either party to this contract has the right to refer a dispute arising under the contract for adjudication in accordance with the adjudication provisions of the Scheme for Construction Contracts in force at the date of the making of the contract.
