Latest OIC claims data “lays several myths firmly to rest”
The latest claims data from the Official Injury Claim (OIC) service shows that over 90 per cent of claimants are represented,
just 0.2 per cent of claims are being handled by claims management companies (CMCs), and compensators have admitted liability
on 94 per cent of claims involving unrepresented claimants.
