£70,000 for pedestrian hit by a van
A student who suffered a range of injuries after being hit by a van while walking along a country lane at night has received
a settlement of £70,000. Many of his injuries healed well over time and, despite suffering a brain injury, he has been able
to complete his studies and obtain employment in his chosen field.
