People more confident over delivery driver complaint than medical treatment

British people feel more confident complaining about poor service from a delivery driver than substandard care from their doctor, according to a survey by Fletchers Solicitors. They also feel more confident complaining about bad restaurant service or insufficient work done to their car than if they received the wrong prescription.
